Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

Our tenth challenge is PLANKS.

  • You watch someone doing a plank and think “That’s too easy!” Then you do it yourself and it is by no means as easy as it looks, it’s not easy AT ALL!

  • I am thinking when our month finishes, Chels can teach us some ballet moves Amanda.. she is sooo sweet. :-)
