Quick healthy pizza dough for all the family to enjoy.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cup S.R. Flour
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt


  1. Mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl; transfer to a work surface floured with self-rising flour. Knead dough, adding more flour as needed to keep dough from being too sticky, for 5 to 8 minutes. Rest for 20mins.
  2. Spread out on baking tray (lined with baking paper or oil the tray) and add your favourite toppings.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180C until golden brown. Roughly 20 mins.

  • my friend just tried this and apart from the 8 minutes of kneading she thought it was an awesome recipe.

    Question could you use a machine to do the kneading for you like a thermomix or kitchen aid?
    I’m hopeless at kneading lol and just wondering if I could outsource it!
