Quick healthy pizza dough for all the family to enjoy.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 cup S.R. Flour
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- Mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl; transfer to a work surface floured with self-rising flour. Knead dough, adding more flour as needed to keep dough from being too sticky, for 5 to 8 minutes. Rest for 20mins.
- Spread out on baking tray (lined with baking paper or oil the tray) and add your favourite toppings.
- Bake in the oven at 180C until golden brown. Roughly 20 mins.
