Hello and WELCOME to our school readiness program where one of our resident leading experts, Sonja Walker, talks us through everything we need to know about our children starting school.

Your child’s ability to interact and get along with other children will be crucial to their success at school next year. In this video, I share ideas for helping your child to make friends, as well as a free social skills checklist that you can download and use at home.

We will be releasing a new video each day for 25 days so please join us to learn all you need to know about starting school!

  • This isn’t a problem- with four children and all competitive, they learnt early that they wouldn’t get they own way and I made sure the eldest lost occasionally when we played together too, so he could be more caring of his younger siblings. It worked.
