Slices are one of my favourite things to make, they are quite simple but oh so tasty! You can make one to have at home with a cuppa, or to take to a party, or even just to pop a yummy little treat into lunchboxes.

Here are 5 slice recipes you’ll want to make double batches of.

1. Cherry Coconut Chocolate Biscuit Slice

If you like a sweet little treat that’s a little bit cherry, a little bit coconutty and a little bit crispy, you’ll love this Cherry Coconut Chocolate Biscuit Slice. No baking required – just melt, pour and set.

2. Sorta healthy caramel slice

Such a guilty pleasure but soooo good…. The base ingredients & dark chocolate make it healthy but watch out for the gooey caramel centre – it’s divine!

3. Blueberry Yoghourt Slice with Lemon Cream Cheese Icing

Deliciously light and fluffy with icing that will take your breath away.

4. Easy Lemon Slice

Quick and easy and great for an afternoon snack. The lemon zest takes it to the next level!

5. Nutella Lattice Slice

This Nutella Lattice Slice is super easy and is a great back up if you feel like something sweet but can’t be bothered baking or you have friends drop in and you need a quick dessert.

  • Yum: now I’m really hungry.

  • The Nutella lattice is a winner for me

  • My daughter will love the nutella one but peppermint crisp slice will always be my favourite!

  • Yum I’m a huge fan of caramel tart.

  • My favourite is in fact a family favourite. Weetbix slice. Instead of having coconut and raisins in it and marshmallow topping, add an additional weetbix, add mixed fruit or sultanas and plain icing on top (or put a few drops of vanilla in it)

  • Get in my belly all of you

  • 3 & 4 are my favourite slices – love cream cheese frosting and love lemons too – delicious!

  • Trying to be good over Xmas has been challenging with these yummy cakes

  • Nutella is my favourite. And I guess that, unless people have allergies to hazelnuts, it’s very difficult not to like Nutella. :-)

  • Slices are great – so versatile.

  • Yum! These all look good and I wish I had some now with my coffee!! My favorite all time slice would have to be my grandmas sultana slice though, it’s out of this world!

    • Sultana slice is a delicious slice too – a traditional favourite.

  • Nutella lattice slice is a new one I’d like to try.

  • Love them all but my favourite is the Blueberry Yoghurt slice!
