Our tenth and final challenge is Roll Back and is demonstrated by Pilates instructor and Diastasis Rehab specialist Lana Dawkins. Lana demonstrates Diastasis safe Pilates exercises to Restore Your Core.

Please note, the exercises in the 10 Day Restore Your Core program are core strengthening exercises and are safe to do if you have Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) or as a maintenance program if you have already closed your Diastasis to prevent it separating again.
