  • This has been a wonderful series – and came just at a very stressful time for me. I was able to remember and to implement what you said and it helped no end.
Thanks Debbie for reminding about what I already knew and refreshing my memory so that I was able to put things into perspective and get through this time and even be able to help my extended family through their stress also.

  • It takes time to implement changes in family life so we will take baby steps.

  • Being OCD it’s really difficult for me to accept change, it does affect me a lot, causing anxiety and stress.. But one day at a time, I will make the changes!

  • Thanks Debbie. This series has been a great reminder to bring back some happiness into our lives. Have implemented many and am much happier now. Went through a stressful time just lately due to an operation on a member of my family and your reminder to breathe deeply has helped enormously. Am now getting off to sleep the instant I hit the pillow like I always used to do, and not getting as frustrated and angry as things just don’t seem to go right instantly.
Your series came along at just the right time for me.
    Thanks again

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH Debbie for the time you have spent with this wonderful challenge. You certainly have given me a lot to think of and implement not just in the family circle but in life in general. LOVED the happiness challenge and I believe I have taken all on board. 🙂

  • Thanks for this mini series Debbie. The videos were short enough that I got a chance to watch them, but filled with a powerful tip. My favourite that I will be implementing regularly are making magic moments with children, dealing with anger, and being organised. If I try do all the 21 days worth of tips all at once I won’t get to any, do these are the few I’m starting with to actually implement 🙂 thanks again

  • wow 21 days! this went so fast, i can’t believe it! i agree, you have to make an actual effort to change your situation or at least your way of thinking. I would have loved these vids to have been a little bit longer but i feel like these have been really good reminders. These tips have been really helpful and i am trying to chill out, breathe and asses the situation so that it benefits my kids. Thankyou for doing this series. It was nice to be reminded of the little things and seeing that my kids mean more to me than being stressed out especially because they are watching every move i make.

  • I will be using these tips and trying to implement them. I tend to look for big ways to change when all along I probably should be making little changes often.
