  • these all look beautiful but not to my taste, well mainly a texture thing, i really wanted to like chia but the texture was not something I want to experience again!


  • My favorite healthy breakfast is Greek yogurt, nut clusters, chia seeds, flaxseeds and fruit like mango,nectarine, strawberries or blueberries.
