  • Easy, frothy, yummy!

    Nescafe Cafe Menu are amazing! They are so easy to prepare to have such an amazing flavour that you expect from a cafe. So frothy, so delicious! My partner even loves to try new flavours with me which makes it even better =D I love bringing them out when I have friends over and giving them the option of having a great cuppa!

  • Yummy, quick and easy to make hot drink

    I have had both the cappuccino and mocha versions of these drinks and enjoyed both. They are super easy to make and are great to take to work and I especially like packing then he I am going to stay somewhere in accommodation for the night. I do like to make mine with hot water and then just put the same amount of milk in as I would add to an instant coffee.

  • That "Ahh moment" when you sit down to a good cup of coffee!

    I have tried a few of the flavours and absolutely LOVE the Caramel latte - sweet but not too sweet and that great coffee taste similar to what I pay $5 a cup for at my local café for a fraction of the price! I find I really look forward to my café menu coffee and make sure I have the time to sit and enjoy it. I bought a packet for Mum and she's now enjoying the flavour without the expensive price tag too!

    love love loooove it!! Very quick and easy to make. Don't need sugar or milk in my opinion handy to have in the cupboard for when i want something a little special or some me time. also great to have for unexpected visitors, that and some biscuits and the jobs done! I love the white chocolate but they have a whole heap of flavors and styles worth trying. my advice is to stock up on all the flavors when they are on special, that way if you don't like any of them you can give them to the old lady next door !

    Cafe collection is great to have something different .Full of flavour &blends well when stirred quickly.We enjoy this as a afternoon pick me up .I did add a a dash of milk but not needed.

  • Fantastic cafe style coffee at home

    I love the Nescafe Café Menu coffee sachets, the White Choc Mocha is absolutely fantastic and I buy it all of the time.

    Great creamy taste, and if you have not tried it, get out and buy some - you will not be disappointed.

  • So quick and easy

    I have been buying these for roughly 1 year. They are perfect and easy way to get a great coffee. You can use them while camping or on the go as all you need to add is water. I buy the Decaf Cappuccino and because most people do not have decaf in the house when I am visiting they are perfect just to pop a couple in your handbag for these situations. The coffee tastes great and nice and frothy,no as much as a shop cappuccino but enough for you to appreciate.

    I love these! I drink at least 1 a day, I have tried quite a few flavors now but my favorites are Cappuccino, hazelnut latte and the white choc mocha! They are sooooo good!!

  • A little bit fancy

    Nescafé cafe menu coffees are super easy to prepare. No milk required, just add some hot water and it's done!

    While Nescafé Cafe menu coffees aren't as good as a proper cafe coffee, they aren't too far off and certainly taste better than instant!

    This is a great product for those who don't have a home coffee machine but are wanting something a little bit fancier than your everyday instant coffee.

  • a long-time lover

    i have been a lover of the hazelnut latte product in this range for quite some time. even before my kids came along i used to enjoy them on the colder days as my little indulgence or as a pick me up after a long day. they were lovely and warm and frothy and comforting. i used to add a little skim milk to mine (personal taste) although it doesn't really need it (i'm just addicted to dairy). i would recommend these to any coffee lover that likes to have a little something to themselves at the end of the day and will continue to purchase and consume them myself in the future.

  • Easy to make!

    NESCAFÉ Café Menu coffees are super easy to prepare and taste super great. I love that you are able to enjoy a great coffee in the comfort of your own home. While I think it's not quite as good as a 'real' coffee, it's not to far off. Frothy and indulgenent, it's way better than an instant.

  • Love these products, so easy

    I have the cappuccino and the mocha ones in the pantry at all times, I love my coffee and this is a great option compared to the big coffee machine, or the pod machine, I simply boil my kettle and off we go, I find them smooth and not bitter in any way, I have to hide them from the teenagers or they go a bit quick, but for a treat each day I find them lovely, and economical, and I do not have a monstrosity on my kitchen cupboard, I am not a barista so I have no inclination to learn the fine art of coffee making, this does me fine. I would recommend it to anyone who just wants a nice special cup of coffee a step up from instant, great products.

  • Good enough to not buy coffee from a shop!

    I've tried both the Cappuccino and White Chocolate flavours, and I really enjoy the Cappuccino one. I've never been a fan of white chocolate in general though this one was nice, but not my "cup of coffee". I enjoy the Cappuccino so much that I am happy enough to buy these rather than go out for a proper cafe cappuccino. If I wish for a more milky experience, I add some milk after stirring in the hot water, just to make sure it all dissolves properly. Hot water first, dissolve, then add cold milk. Yum!

  • Better than instant

    Nescafé menu coffees are a great alternative to cafe coffee when you are on a budget or just can't get to a cafe. They are much, much, much nicer than instant, with a lovely texture. They tasty great, are super easy to prepare. Nescafé menu coffee is the coffee I choose to drink if I can't get a 'real' coffee.

  • A variety of flavours

    Nescafé cafe menu coffees are surprising good. They are much, much better than an instant coffee but, not quite as good as a properly made cafe coffee. Love the assorted flavours that are available, there is something to suit everyone's taste. If you are still drinking instant and can afford to make the change to Nescafé cafe menu coffees, do yourself a favour and just do it.

  • I love Nescaffe Cappucino

    I am big fan of Nescaffe products and specially the smell, I bought the Nescaffe cappucino product when there was some offer in that in a supermarket, but It was easy to prepare and it was ready made so I can prepare it for my friends who visited suddenly, they enjoyed the tasted and they told me to buy this , now i am buying it on regular basis, quality is good and it is easy to prepare in minutes, I would recommend this product and store it in my pantry specially for my friends who visit my home regularly.

  • At home ease with that delicious cafe taste.

    Had a wide selection of NESCAFE Cafe Menu Coffee's on hand at our Christmas festivities and they were a huge hit. Everyone loved the taste and commented on how creamy and frothy they were. These coffee's were so easy to make but had that cafe quality taste. There was a flavour to suit those who preferred that extra strong flavour boot and one for the gal who loved chocolate and had that sweet tooth. A flavour for all long, short or tall.

  • Tasty and easy to use

    Not being a big coffee drinker and only enjoying the occasional cappuccino, my mum introduced me to these satchets and I am now a regular drinker of them. They are so easy to prepare and because they are packaged in single serves I carry a couple in my handbag to enjoy at a friends house. It is the only coffee I enjoy to drink unless it is a proper cafe made cappuccino.

  • Delicious and so easy to make.

    Love love love Nescafe Cafe Menu Coffees. So Delicious and easy to make. Nice and quick for busy mothers on the go. I make one in my travel mug in the morning just before I have to rush out the door to get my daughter off to daycare. Drinking in my car gives my a feeling of relaxation and taste like I've just bought one from a cafe. My favorites are the Vanilla latte, caramel latte and the mocha..

  • easy to prepare

    This is an extremely easy drink to prepare. I prefer to add milk into it as normal otherwise I find the flavours are less. I do like them, however find them a little too sweet. The cappuccino flavour is not as sweet and is very nice. The white mocha is a little on the sweet side however is a great idea for work, quick and simple and if there is no milk you can still have the caffeine hit.

  • this is pretty nice

    i bought these on special because the last of winter was drifting away and the supermarkets were trying to get their last dollars out of you. i think that when they are on special, stock up if you like them. this had a nice taste and it is so easy to prepare and make.

    make sure that you put the exact amount of water in or you will have to drink coffee flavoured water which is not very nice, but it is sooo hard to throw that money down the sink

  • easy indulgent treat

    Love these convenient White Chocolate Mocha satchets ! So easy & convenient - I even keep a few satchets in my handbag so I can prepare myself a "cup of indulgence" when I am on the go - only requiring a cup of boiling water & you are set ! So rich , creamy & delicious (and a shot of baileys to make it "an extra special treat" is really nice !) I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys specialty coffee drinks - its a nice change form boring regular coffee ! I give this product 9 stars out of 10 :)

  • yummy and a good treat

    I bought these today. They are rather expensive. I did however enjoy them a lot I had a friend come over for some morning tea. We added a shot of extra coffe and also added the Ahmet and some extra milk. Then boiled hot water. Then added and you must stir vigourly. For the price you couldn't have it everyday. But for a sometimes food yes that would be fine. It is very high in calories and sugar. So not good for the weights line. They do taste yummy and I recommend but not for all the time that's my opinion.

Mum-of-two Rebecca McCracken has spent the last four years reading ingredient lists on pretty much everything she buys at the supermarket.

Like many parents raising kids with food allergies, a quick trip to the supermarket often means checking labels, comparing products and hoping to find something the whole family can eat.

Bec’s four-year-old son and 17-month-old daughter were both born with cow’s milk protein allergy. While her son has since outgrown his allergies, her toddler still reacts to dairy, making even everyday staples like bread a challenge.

“Unless we buy expensive sourdough for seven or eight dollars, we don’t really have a choice.”

Even then, it’s not ideal.

“A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich,” Bec laughs. “And fairy bread on sourdough is not great.”

A New Loaf On The Block

Bec runs an online community for allergy families, so she spends plenty of time sharing recipes, product finds and supermarket discoveries with other parents.

It was one of those parents who first told her about new JUST bread.

“A follower messaged me and said, ‘Oh my gosh, this bread is coming soon.’ I was like, ‘Where? When? I need to know. I’m getting my car keys and running!'”

Made with baker’s flour, water, yeast, vinegar, oil and salt, JUST bread contains no artificial preservatives, flavours or colours.

For Bec, it sounded almost too good to be true. “When we saw JUST bread, I was like, ‘You’re joking.’ A bread that’s fresh baked but in the bread aisle? That’s unheard of for us.”

“It was really exciting for our family and for the allergy community.”

The Family’s Toughest Critic Approved

Of course, there was one person whose opinion mattered more than anyone else’s.

“My toughest critic is my daughter. She is so fussy. We know something is really good if she approves it, and she approves it. She loves it. She’ll eat it plain, toasted, as French toast … whatever. She loves it.”

Bec says she was impressed too.

“I like it. I like that it’s only got minimal ingredients and doesn’t have the additives and preservatives that are in a lot of other brands.”

A Simpler Option For Everyday Families

Bec tried out JUST bread because of her family’s allergies, but she says it has a broader appeal.

“I think everyone is becoming more conscious of additives and preservatives in their food.”

It’s a feeling many of us can probably relate to. We don’t all want to overhaul the way we eat, but plenty of us are paying a little more attention to ingredient lists and looking for products that keep things simple.

Bread is one of those foods that’s always around. It ends up in lunchboxes, on the breakfast table, alongside soup on a cold night and covered in hundreds and thousands at birthday parties. When we eat something that often, it’s only natural to wonder what’s in it.

JUST bread keeps things simple with a handful of pantry ingredients and no artificial preservatives, flavours or colours. It’s the sort of loaf that fits easily into busy family life without asking us to compromise on taste or convenience.

Little Changes, Big Difference

 

For Bec, finding a loaf of bread her whole family can enjoy is about more than ticking another item off the shopping list.

“It seems like such a little thing to the normal community, but for us this is a massive win.”

Being able to make sandwiches without worrying about ingredients. Packing lunchboxes a little more easily. Bringing back fairy bread for birthdays. Sometimes it’s the little things that make family life feel a whole lot simpler.

And while Bec found JUST bread because she needed another allergy-friendly option, its simple ingredient list is likely to appeal to plenty of other families too. After all, when we can choose everyday foods made with ingredients we recognise, that’s a pretty good place to start.

I have noticed that there are starting to be more ‘cleaner’ products in the supermarket, meaning consumers are being heard. We are going full circle back to how foods use to be produced before companies got greedy and started taking shortcuts to producing food items. I hope we continue seeing more preservative and additive free options that are affordable come back in the supermarkets.

  • Grabbing your car keys and running for a bread ?? I can’t imagine doing so for a bread lol ! It’s nice to see that more and more allergy friendly products are being produced and put on the market.
    I don’t agree with the statement that “A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich”. It depends on what type of bread you introduce to your kids. My kids grew up with 7 seeds, rustic bread and sourdough and they love it. It’s also quite easy and cheap to make sourdough bread yourself.

  • I haven’t seen this bread in the supermarket but will be looking for it now. I have been trying to avoid preservatives and additives for some time now and as highlighted in the article bread it difficult to find, or super expensive, without them so I don’t have it often.

  • This is fantastic, finally a bread that is not full of nasty stuff. I will be going straight out to buy this. My son has ARFID and will only eat white bread, but it’s not terribly healthy. With this bread, at least I know that it is much healthier than the alternatives. Woohoo

  • I cant wait to give this bread a go (so far its always been sold out at my local woolies so it must be good). So good its suitable for those with allergies too. I think nowadays were all looking for cleaner options of ingredients in our foods so this is a step in the right direction.

  • I am glad more and more allergy friendly products are being produced and offered. I don’t agree with Bec’s statement that kids don’t like sourdough bread. My kids were introduced to sourdough and the most rustic and seeded breads from the time they started to eat bread, and they love it

  • Oh I cannot wait to try this bread! We go through that much bread each week and I always feel so guilty with how much my kids have – not anymore! Would love to see them introduce other variants in the future – multigrain and gluten free would be superb!

  • This is such a great product that I’m looking forward to trying! I’ve only been buying bread from bakeries the last few years because grocery store bread texture was so dense and unpleasant. But the hassle with bakery bread is I can’t get it everywhere! I’ll be really keen to give this a go
