  • Thank you for this. I’m loving it. I used to practice mindfulness before I had my kids but haven’t since. I am doing this now and it makes such a difference.

    • Yes you can make your own. You can also write them somewhere visual, we have a chalkboard on our fridge and we have affirmations written on a board in the kids room. Enjoy love Leonie xx

  • oh wow this is perfect timing – I have been feeling like this for the past month or so trying to juggle part time work with part time home business and parenting/housewife duties – looking forward to hoping finding myself again and some healthy balance in all the commotion

  • I’m a mindful mum. I found that I just couldn’t multi-task once my daughter was born and that the only way to stay calm was to be in the moment and just do one thing at a time.
