Hello!

Welcome to day 14 of 21 days of mindfulness with Leonie Percy, author of the award winning book Mother Om.

Over the last few days, you have learnt why you need to take a break, how to fill up your cup first before you give to others and how to let go of negative inner self-talk.

Today I will teach you why you need to speak your truth and be “you”. The real you.

Being true to yourself allows you live from a place of love, and you will be a great role model for your kids. If you feel you need to talk to someone, call a friend and be truthful to how you are feeling. You can also see a psychologist. This is not negative. Your mind is very powerful and when you process your emotions you feel so much lighter and more relaxed.

Thanks for watching and I hope you find what you need from this course.

  • Not easy, but absolutely true.
    I love Dr Seuss quote:
    “Be who you are
    say what you feel
because those who mind don’t matter
and those who matter don’t mind”
