Hello!

Welcome to Day 4 of 21 days of mindfulness for mums with award winning author Leonie Percy. Each day a video lecture from Leonie’s online program will be shared. This course is based on Leonie’s book Mother Om.

Yesterday you learnt how to mother from your heart, not your head. I hope you find the time to watch the movie “The power of the heart” – it will truly change your perception on how you live your life. Today I will teach you how to cultivate more compassion towards your children. True compassion is active.

Watch the video and then when your kids are sleeping do the activity. It will melt your heart.

You can tell your kids anything you intended to tell them that day but were too busy or had forgotten to say, or apologise if you got frustrated with them. This strengthens your connection and opens your heart to cultivate more love and compassion in your life.

Thanks for watching this video. Tomorrow’s video teaches you how to manage stress and shows you the power of your breath and includes a teaching video on how to take a full deep belly breath.

  • Thanks for another beautiful video!
What a pity I can’t follow your advice. My daughter sleeps in a bunk bed with a desk underneath, and I can’t reach her! ;-)
But I tell her every day that I love her. I used to be smacked a lot as a child, and that’s why I know exactly what I never wanted to become. :-)

    • Thanks for your lovely comment. I am so happy you are enjoying my course. Love Leonie xx
