Hello!

Welcome to day 12 of 21 days of mindfulness with Leonie Percy, author of the award winning book Mother Om.

Yesterday, you learnt the importance of taking a break. Did you try the chocolate meditation? So delicious and guilt-free.

Today I will teach you how to fill up your cup so you can serve others. You must fill up your own cup first. If you are exhausted and depleted, you cannot look after your family.

Watch the video and then watch the teaching video of me showing you how to have a mindful cup of tea. This is another beautiful mindfulness practice you can do each day.

Tomorrow, I will teach you how to let go of your evil inner self-talk and how to practice a loving kindness meditation.

I would love to know if this is resonating with you. Leave a comment and I will respond to you.

It’s surely essential to first love and take care of ourselves. Then loving and caring for others comes so much easier. Thank you. Looking forward to your next post! :-)
