Yesterday you learnt how to let go of guilt and cultivate more joy and learnt how to practise gratitude as a family. Hanging out the washing and being grateful for your family is a beautiful daily mindfulness practice. Today I will teach you how to mother from your heart where there is only love and compassion, no fear or frustration.
