Did you try the mala bead meditation? I just love it. I use the mantra “Ma Om” whenever I feel frustrated when my son isn’t listening to me and I have asked for the 10th time to get dressed for school, or when I am settling my daughter to sleep and she is crying. She has only just started to sleep through the night at 16 months.
