Hello!

Welcome to day 16 of 21 days of mindfulness with Leonie Percy, author of the award winning book Mother Om.

Yesterday you learnt how to stay connected to your true self. I hope you enjoyed the mummy meditation on connection.

Today I will teach you about your thoughts and why you need to be mindful of what you are thinking about.

What we think, we become.

Start to write down what you are thinking about in your mindfulness journal.

Write a list of positive affirmations to put in your child’s room.

For the last 5 days of the course, I would like to offer you a copy of my award winning book, Mother Om. Purchase my course for only $70 so you have access to all the videos and meditations and I will post you a copy of my book. Offer for Australia only.

Mother Om has been endorsed by Maggie Dent and Sarah Naptahli, author of Buddhism for Mothers, winner of a silver medal at the Living Now Book awards and described as a “spectacular” book by the Writers Digest.

  • I am really enjoying these 21 Days tips. Reminds us all to stop, slow down and enjoy what’s here and now. Such a very important lesson

  • It’s really true what you say. Both kids and parents benefit from positive affirmations!
I’ve got a cute wall sticker here, close to my desk, that says:
“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass
It’s about learning to dance in the rain”
Just looking at it, makes me feel better. :-)
