  • To my ordinary pumpkin soup recipe, which makes quite a lot, I added a 500 gram pack of Inghams Turkey Mince. After all was cooked, I processed until very smooth. It tasted delicious and in addition to the great taste, the turkey mince added that lovely lean protein which made it into a healthy balanced meal. I served it with a swirl of cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg. I had thrown out the packaging but I’ve photographed another packet of Inghams turkey mince that I had in the freezer, but I can’t add a second photo.

  • Desperate person’s LASKA.

We arrived home late last night. The kids had eaten.

I just tossed a sliced mushroom, some sliced onion chopped green onions, a bit of grated a carrot and some leftover cooked chicken in to a frypan to saute.

In to a bowl I put a cup of soup Laksa powder and added the water and a few rice noodles. Then I added the vegies from the frypan.

Instant Laksa and not too much chilli either! Delicious!!

  • A quick and easy meal that the kids love in our household are Ingham’s Devil Wing Dings, served with wedges, battered onion rings and a salad. I just pop the wedges, onion rings and Ingham’s Devil Wing Dings in the oven, assemble a quick salad and voila ! So easy, so good !
