  • The dreaded traffic-I pop on my favourite tunes because there is nothing I can do about the traffic.

  • I read an article where the writer asked what is the big problem if the kids run late for school. After letting go it made for a far more relaxing morning.

  • Great advice, Debbie. The one thing I have found is that it gets easier with time – the more you do it, the easier it is to let go.

  • yes i understand this one. when you are rushed or frustrated you do look at things negatively. I will try to chill out especially as little children are watching me!
