  • I am naturally a very calm person but if something does upset me then I do find it very hard to switch off.

  • So hard to remain calm at the best of times but so much better when you do.

  • I must admit I am a little angry at the moment or maybe the best way to describe it is hurt (as to a action by someone) it is so hard to just let go, as I believe I am still in the right.
Thanks Debbie you do calm me and I so love your tips etc. :-)

  • So hard to do and specially when you’re angry. But these tips will work, especially if you hold your breath when the first flush of anger hits, then it’s easier to take those next few breaths and CALMMMM down. Thanks Debbie for all your advice. Getting happier by the day.

  • This topic of anger really resonated with me. It’s so easy to get frustrated but harder to deal with it appropriately. Thanks for sharing these tips! Deep breathes and a quick break are already working. A good reminder too that we don’t function properly with anger, helps me accept that’s partly why I’m not good at problem solving in the heat of a moment but doesn’t mean I’m generally bad at it.

  • I get frustrated and angry so easily I end up taking it out on someone who doesn’t deserve it. Just can’t seem to calm myself at times, especially when lied to, stolen from or cheated on!!!

  • Sometimes your point on letting go can really tie into dealing with anger. Certainly helped me in the craziness of the mornings.

  • this is another great tip and we are up to 19! gee this has gone so fast. I think that we need to just focus on being happy

  • I think deep down we all know that anger clouds your mind, it is just really hard to put into practice, but very valuable to do so. I am making more of an effort and will try even harder.

  • I agree. When I have to get up and get moving (for school or an appointment etc) things run smoother than when we have no schedule.

  • I have a bad habbit of bottleing things up
