Never felt better or been so regular since being GF
Since having to go Gluten Free some 5 or 6 years ago my life changed and not necessarily for the best. I have since suffered from constipation terribly as it's hard to follow a high fibre diet. Yes, fibre is in fruit and veg but our main source of fibre is from fibre found in wheat which now I cannot eat. I have just bought these chewables two days ago and my husband has started using them. He feels that he is already feeling less heavy and less bloated. A little background...I had my appendix removed 2 years ago. My doctor said that as a result, I needed to increase my fibre intake and water as I’d be more prone to constipation. And he wasn’t wrong!
I was excited to try Naturopathica GastroHealth. I started taking 2 chewable tablets each morning.
Initially, I experienced flatulence more than usual and even some rather large burps (to my husband’s horror!) but that settled down after a few days.
After day 3, I noticed my bowel movements were more regular (around same time). Stool samples appeared and felt more consistent in size. GastroHealth definitely works!
I didn’t experience any bloating either. I actually felt lighter than before.

I received these Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro tablets and started my hubby on them that day. He suffers from diverticulitis which includes rectal bleeding (TMI I know ????), so he has to have a high fibre diet and takes iron tablets due to anemia. My daughter tried trialed the product and didnt find that it helped at all with her consitpation. She found that it made her feel very full and bloated. On the upside the tablets do have have a lovely orange flavour.

I tried this product based off some of the great mum reviews off here so decided to try for myself. Lately I’ve been so bound up and nothing has seemed to work other then drinking heaps of water which I struggle to. I eat heaps of food that make me gassy so needed an alternative. This product is so easy to take and I loved that I didn’t have to struggle to swallow it and just had to chew. It doesn’t taste bad and is quite pleasant. I found Gastrohealth fibrepro didn't work for me at all. It left me feeling more bloated and worse than I did before taking it. Unfortunately it just didn't work with my body. I found the taste to be pleasant and the texture easy to palate, however i didn't enjoy having to chew so many capsules, 5 was a bit too much for me to stomach.
My husband tried taking them for a few days and had much more positive results stating he didn't feel as heavy or weighed down after taking them with no adverse bloating.

‘I Grabbed My Car Keys And RAN!’ The New Supermarket Bread Everyone’s Talking About
Mum-of-two Rebecca McCracken has spent the last four years reading ingredient lists on pretty much everything she buys at the supermarket.
Like many parents raising kids with food allergies, a quick trip to the supermarket often means checking labels, comparing products and hoping to find something the whole family can eat.
Bec’s four-year-old son and 17-month-old daughter were both born with cow’s milk protein allergy. While her son has since outgrown his allergies, her toddler still reacts to dairy, making even everyday staples like bread a challenge.
“Unless we buy expensive sourdough for seven or eight dollars, we don’t really have a choice.”
Even then, it’s not ideal.
“A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich,” Bec laughs. “And fairy bread on sourdough is not great.”
A New Loaf On The Block
Bec runs an online community for allergy families, so she spends plenty of time sharing recipes, product finds and supermarket discoveries with other parents.
It was one of those parents who first told her about new JUST bread.
“A follower messaged me and said, ‘Oh my gosh, this bread is coming soon.’ I was like, ‘Where? When? I need to know. I’m getting my car keys and running!'”

Of course, there was one person whose opinion mattered more than anyone else’s.
“My toughest critic is my daughter. She is so fussy. We know something is really good if she approves it, and she approves it. She loves it. She’ll eat it plain, toasted, as French toast … whatever. She loves it.”
Bec says she was impressed too.
“I like it. I like that it’s only got minimal ingredients and doesn’t have the additives and preservatives that are in a lot of other brands.”

Grabbing your car keys and running for a bread ?? I can’t imagine doing so for a bread lol ! It’s nice to see that more and more allergy friendly products are being produced and put on the market.
I don’t agree with the statement that “A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich”. It depends on what type of bread you introduce to your kids. My kids grew up with 7 seeds, rustic bread and sourdough and they love it. It’s also quite easy and cheap to make sourdough bread yourself.
I haven’t seen this bread in the supermarket but will be looking for it now. I have been trying to avoid preservatives and additives for some time now and as highlighted in the article bread it difficult to find, or super expensive, without them so I don’t have it often.
This is fantastic, finally a bread that is not full of nasty stuff. I will be going straight out to buy this. My son has ARFID and will only eat white bread, but it’s not terribly healthy. With this bread, at least I know that it is much healthier than the alternatives. Woohoo
I cant wait to give this bread a go (so far its always been sold out at my local woolies so it must be good). So good its suitable for those with allergies too. I think nowadays were all looking for cleaner options of ingredients in our foods so this is a step in the right direction.

Naturopthica Gastro FibrePro.
I like knowing it has probiotics in it. I'll be buying more to see how I like it and the effects. I would need longer than 4 weeks to be a hundred percent on a product. If you need help with digestive issues and general well-being give it a try and see how you go!

Surprised me
After taking gastro health though I feel lighter and less bloated and I am definitely more regular, now once a day.
Going to the toilet is also no strain, I have now got my husband to take them and he has said the same thing.
Will definitely be continuing to use and would recommend to others to give them a try ????

Unfortunately not for me
My husband tried taking them for a few days and had much more positive results stating he didn't feel as heavy or weighed down after taking them with no adverse bloating.
