  • Was dubious at first.

    Did exactly what it said on the box, made me regular, and the gas and bloated feeling reduced alot.

    Have got my husband to try them too, and he also noticed a huge reduction in daily flatulance and made him more regular.

    Doesn't have the chalky aftertaste that alot of chewable tablets do, which was great.

    Will definitly be buying again, and definitly recommend.

  • Never felt better or been so regular since being GF

    Since having to go Gluten Free some 5 or 6 years ago my life changed and not necessarily for the best. I have since suffered from constipation terribly as it's hard to follow a high fibre diet. Yes, fibre is in fruit and veg but our main source of fibre is from fibre found in wheat which now I cannot eat. Well WOW, now since being introduced to the Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro by the lovely people at mouths of mums I'm a new person. I actually do feel lighter, and sort of cleaner (well, less clogged up) as I'm actually regular now. It's amazing how much of a difference that makes you feel in your day to day life. I feel like a new person and just feel so much more healthier and more energetic. I'll be buying these again, in fact, I got some more today! These are part of my regular morning ritual and I actually love to eat them. They taste really good and I actually love the almost chewy end texture.   • So good

    I have just bought these chewables two days ago and my husband has started using them. He feels that he is already feeling less heavy and less bloated. I bought this for him after a big party where he obviously ate a lot, lol. He recommends this and said the taste wasn't bad at all and it felt like a normal chewy tablet. Highly recommended if you keep constipated and bloated.

  • Did exactly what it claimed to do

    Was a bit dubious to begin with, but after I started using them I noticed I was less bloated and more regular.

    I also felt healthier, as random as that sounds.

    Have got hubby onto them, and he has noticed less gas than usual.

    I will continue to buy these for myself and my family.

  • Convenient 2-in-1 fibre and probiotic that works

    A little background...I had my appendix removed 2 years ago. My doctor said that as a result, I needed to increase my fibre intake and water as I’d be more prone to constipation. And he wasn’t wrong!

    I was excited to try Naturopathica GastroHealth. I started taking 2 chewable tablets each morning.

    Initially, I experienced flatulence more than usual and even some rather large burps (to my husband’s horror!) but that settled down after a few days.

    After day 3, I noticed my bowel movements were more regular (around same time). Stool samples appeared and felt more consistent in size. GastroHealth definitely works!

    I didn’t experience any bloating either. I actually felt lighter than before.

    I’ve been using GastroHealth since day 1 and I feel so much better. I have one week to go. I will be buying more when I’m finished my trial pack.

    I also feel good knowing that this product has an added benefit of probiotics. A 2-in-1 orange chewable tablet...WIN WIN!

  • Brilliant! Immediate results

    I received these Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro tablets and started my hubby on them that day. He suffers from diverticulitis which includes rectal bleeding (TMI I know ????), so he has to have a high fibre diet and takes iron tablets due to anemia. Since starting these tablets my hubby is genuinely pleased with his results overnight, his bleeding has reduced to nearly non-existent, he no longer feels ‘blocked up’ from taking the iron tablets. The Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro tablets have eased his discomfort, assisted in keeping him regular and reduced his gas emissions ???? (thankfully)! Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro have been an amazing addition to my hubby’s diet, I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for something that works, having fibre & a probiotic in one chew saves buying multiple treatments for the same outcome, these are now a regular daily chew for my hubby, I am about to purchase some for myself as he can’t have all the fun! ????

    I was lucky enough to be selected to try Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro chewable tablets. I could notice the difference after the first couple of days. I recently went on 2 weeks holidays and didn't take the tablets and I have noticed that I feel like I did before taking them.     After a few days I noticed a difference and felt lighter. They had a pleasant taste with found them hard to chew as stuck to my teeth. Overall good product and benefits outweighed any dislikes

    unfortunately, i really found these hard to chew and very sticky on my teeth, flavour was good though but i couldnt persist. I really think that the powder might be more suitable to me so may try that

    I have always have problems with my bowel movement. Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro Chewable helps to regulate and improve constipation. I felt bloated a couple of days after trying but it became better after that. Thanks to Naturopathica GastroHealth FibrePro Chewable, my bowel movement is more regular now.

    the chewable tablets were a great product.

    they had a pleasent flavour that did not taste artificial and was not over the top but made it more patatable.

    GastroHealth Fibre + Probioic's taste great, I feel less bloated, and regular, the lovely citrus flavour makes them very easy to take every day, and we will defiantly be getting them agai, and the start of taking them yes you can get a little gassy, but once you are used to taking them you feel great!

    Tried this product. I wasn't expecting much. I have been having constipation for as long as I can remember. I felt bloated the first few days but then started to get better after that. It improves and regulates my bowel movement. Taste is great without being bitter. Convenient in the form of chewable tablets.

    i decided to try these as iv always suffered when it comes to going to the toilet and after a week of taking them im feeling less bloated and having regular stool motions. I will defiantly continue to use them and see if they continue to make me feel better. Im feeling less bloated.

  • Not convinced yet

    My daughter tried trialed the product and didnt find that it helped at all with her consitpation. She found that it made her feel very full and bloated. On the upside the tablets do have have a lovely orange flavour.

  • Skeptic at first

    I tried this product based off some of the great mum reviews off here so decided to try for myself. Lately I’ve been so bound up and nothing has seemed to work other then drinking heaps of water which I struggle to. I eat heaps of food that make me gassy so needed an alternative. This product is so easy to take and I loved that I didn’t have to struggle to swallow it and just had to chew. It doesn’t taste bad and is quite pleasant. Within 2 days I found myself going more regularly and my tummy feeling less gassy!! Love this product and would buy it again. Thanks mum for helping me out

    I used the product as directed. I did notice a difference and became more regular.

    I like knowing it has probiotics in it. I'll be buying more to see how I like it and the effects. I would need longer than 4 weeks to be a hundred percent on a product. If you need help with digestive issues and general well-being give it a try and see how you go!

  • Surprised me

    I didn't really believe the box and that it would actually make any difference to me.

    After taking gastro health though I feel lighter and less bloated and I am definitely more regular, now once a day.

    Going to the toilet is also no strain, I have now got my husband to take them and he has said the same thing.

    Will definitely be continuing to use and would recommend to others to give them a try ????

  • Unfortunately not for me

    I found Gastrohealth fibrepro didn't work for me at all. It left me feeling more bloated and worse than I did before taking it. Unfortunately it just didn't work with my body. I found the taste to be pleasant and the texture easy to palate, however i didn't enjoy having to chew so many capsules, 5 was a bit too much for me to stomach.

    My husband tried taking them for a few days and had much more positive results stating he didn't feel as heavy or weighed down after taking them with no adverse bloating.

    I was asjed to review the Natruropathica GadtroHealth FibrePro and found that it really helped with my bloated feeling i have after meals. It also was great and easy to take and fabulous if you have tummy issues that require added fibre and the benefits of the added probiotics.   • This would be an amazing prize to win and so helpful to families. With the cost of living going up, winning this prize would be a dream come true. I have a great IGA near me which I go to regularly and the service and quality is outstanding and so friendly.
