I have used the product in cool brown for three times now and every time it gives good results. I have used spray cans and powders in the past for quick root touch ups but they change the texture of my hair and dont last long. Schwarzkorp live refresher not only conceals greys but also makes the hair soft and shiny. If you apply it twice and for a longer time such as 5 to 10 minutes then it adds colour. Applying for 3 minutes refrehes it and there is less hair breakage. The before and after pics say it all ! I would definitely recommend this to other mums.

When I received the Schwarzkopf hair refresher "cool brown" in my mail I was very excited to try it as soon as possible. The instructions made it clear that I had a lot of options for using the formula. It could be applied for only 3 minutes or even 10 minutes depending upon the richness or tone of colour I desired. So I applied it for about 8 minutes in the shower as I had considerable grey roots. It was easy to apply. I was totally amazed at the results. The roots were gone and I had a rich brown tone. After a quick blow dry I saw that my hair had become vibrant and glossy and had a salon-fresh look. The only concern I have is that I had more hair breakage in the shower than usual. So next time I will apply it for only 3-5 minutes. I am very impressed with this innovative product and would recommend it to every woman who wants a refreshed colour in between permanent colour applications minus the salon price tag !

After my initial review, I had this sitting in my bathroom neglected.
Being sick of my brassy highlights, I remembered this product - an easy fix without going out!
This time around, I made sure I put in A LOT of the mousse. Two or three big pumps. Then I left it in till it was absorbed by my hair. When I rinsed, there was hardly any colour run.
This time around, I could definitely see the difference in colour. A much richer tone and definitely a refresher! After leaving my hair to dry naturally, it felt like it had been styled at the salon.
This is a great product for a quick refresh. You can shave your legs while it's working its magic in your hair.
Use a lot and leave in till it's absorbed. Definitely recommend for the time poor!

I did love the fact that there was no messy mixing with this Schwarzkopf live colour refresher also that fact that it did not drip and there was no mess to clean up. I how ever found it did not cover my resilient greys. It left my hair shiny and growing though and very manageable. As a teenager I spent my weekends sweeping the floor of a hair salon. I made a bit of cash but the best part was the free hair styling I received and all the things I learnt. I loved colouring my hair and giving myself a new identity every now and then. Many years and several shades later I'm a mum of two, working full time and I just can't be you know what'd colouring my hair. Then I found this product. I know it's a colour refresher but is there anywhere that says it only had to be used on coloured hair? It is a great way to add vibrancy and shine to otherwise dull uncoloured hair and it is so so so easy! I love it!

I have super thick curly hair so finding a product that has full coverage is hard to find without having to buy 2 or 3 boxes. This providing an easy application but I still needed 2 boxes. I love the mousse that just you just tossled through your hair, I didnt like the smell much but it made my hair shiny and look fabulous. As a time poor Mum with twins, I needed something quick for in between. I found that this made my hair ultra shiny. It was easy to use and didn't take much time out of my day. I did find that it took an extra shampoo to wash it out, however this isn't too big of a deal. I would definitely purchase again, in fact I have already bought another box.

By my third use I must have got the timing right for my hair. I found that it covered the grey stripe, from when I get my hair salon coloured, in my hair enough so it didn't look so obvious and because I get foils done as well the colours all work together well with quite a natural look.

That lunchbox comparison table is handy to have. It helped me make a decision on which lunchbox to buy next for my daughter who is starting kindergarten. I needed to upgrade her lunchbox but wasn’t sure which way to go. The table helped me with my decision. I ended up going with the BBOX and have found a cheaper lunch bag from a department store that it fits in.
I do not know if anyone else has picked up on this or not, but every bag mentioned in the table above is a ‘designer’ brand. There are plenty of more affordable options that aren’t over $40. I have never spent that much on a lunchbox – even from Smiggle. The cheaper brands last just as well too.
Getting ready for the return to school has started to kick in so this was a timely read. We have the yum box and i love it, it is so easy for my daughter to open and close on her own. I find the lunch cooler bags also a great idea however some days depending on what else needs to go to school, they can be quite bulky to include in the school bag. I need to do some more research this year as i like the idea of being able to watch it in the washing machine, that is a clever idea.

Lunch boxes have come such a long way since my eldest was a kid, he’s now 26! There’s really a solution to everything from food heating, cooling, dividers, pockets etc etc. Lunch boxes are a real fashion accessory and so on-trend these days. I personally love the Bento lunch boxes. They save on plastic and separate different foods.
I am such a huge fan of Bento lunch boxes and Bento. Food should be so many wonderful things; including delicious, fun, colourful and nutritious too. Lunch is a favourite meal because the body is ready for some more calories and a boost of energy. Food looks so good in Bento lunch boxes.
So so many fantastic options! We use the montii co ones for our kdis and swear by it. Its lasted 3 years so far and still standing strong, like new since the first day using it. They are so durable and i find cleaning them to be the easiest for us.
There are so many great lunch box option out there indeed ! I’ve always liked the Bento style lunch boxes for my kids. It reduces the use of plastic lunch bags and packaged food which aren’t very good for the environment and it encourages to present a good variety of foods (which is not only better nutrition wise but lao to prevent our kids from getting bored with same foods all the time.
There are some really fabulous options here. So many variations of colour, shape and size. I love the bento style lunch boxes, so handy to keep food separate and eliminate the use of plastic packaging. The machine washable bags are a great idea too. They can get grubby so fast, this would be so much easier to maintain
This has gotten much easier since my kids hit high school – they have strong opinions about their lunch boxes, so I don’t have to think about it so much anymore! However, I am strongly in favor of bento style boxes regardless of their age. They’re easy to clean, easy to pack, and invite appropriate sized portions.
Great article! Our kids are so lucky, when it comes to lunchboxes, they really are spoilt for choice. There are so many to pick from. Regarding sandwiches, my eldest son, used to hate sandwiches for school lunches. It wasn’t until many years later that I discovered that he’d throw out his sandwiches in the playground bins. My son’s an adult now and he still hates sandwiches. He only likes “hot” lunches. So glad he lives on his own now and can make his own “hot” lunches just the way he likes them.

Wow, lunch boxes have really come such a long way from when I was taking a lunch box to school. Feel old, like “back in my day”, but we were lucky to have options like are available now. While I like some of these designs, I feel like they aren’t super practical.
These lunchboxes are beautiful but are they really worth the expensive price tag? I have been through so many lunch boxes and bags over the years and found the best it to use an insulated lunchbox bag with ice brick and use small containers to keep individual items fresh and assessable.
I love the bbox lunch boxes. They are so reliable and tough when kids throw their bags around. Easy to wash and store. I have used the we can be tiny snackies at home too. The boys love choosing a certain animal shape. They wash well, are durable and great quality.
My kids are old enough now to pack their own lunches and I am so happy to see the great choices they are making. They take left over meals, cook food in the morning to take and now I am confident they aren’t throwing away sandwiches! I do have the chilly bags for them, I find they fit better into bags
My daughter uses a bento box now for work and sometimes an insulated bag in summer, but when she was at school it was a rectangular lunch box with no compartments. It was very easy to wash each day, just the box and lid, and it could still be filled with rolls/sandwiches and snacks.
Lunchboxes are so important these days. Back in my day it was a brown paper bag or the exact same lunch box that everyone else had and there were three compartments. Today its such a fashion statement and as much as the lunchbox itself is judged so are the contents.

I apply it to dry hair instead of the suggestion of wetting it first. I find that it doesn\'t \'stick\' tok wet hair as well as it does to dry hair. Then I rinse it out, then wash my hair as normal

Being sick of my brassy highlights, I remembered this product - an easy fix without going out!
This time around, I made sure I put in A LOT of the mousse. Two or three big pumps. Then I left it in till it was absorbed by my hair. When I rinsed, there was hardly any colour run.
This time around, I could definitely see the difference in colour. A much richer tone and definitely a refresher! After leaving my hair to dry naturally, it felt like it had been styled at the salon.
This is a great product for a quick refresh. You can shave your legs while it's working its magic in your hair.
Use a lot and leave in till it's absorbed. Definitely recommend for the time poor!
