WARNING DISTRESSING CONTENT: Four-year-old girl died in hospital after she picked up a cluster bomb thinking it was a toy in the Syrian city of Aleppo.
Eman was reportedly playing in the rebel-held area when she came across the bomb, which she thought was a silver ball, her family told ITV.
The bomb tore through her tiny frame and distressing footage showed Eman fighting for her life in a hospital cot with her body covered in bruises, hospital tubes and shrapnel holes.
Eman died on Tuesday and her family now joins the thousands of others mourning for the children who have died in the human tragedy of Aleppo.
Last week alone, 96 children were killed by airstrikes in the Syrian city of Aleppo, reports ITV.
