Welcome to 21 days of mindfulness with Leonie Percy. author of the award winning book Mother Om.
I hope you enjoyed writing some positive affirmations yesterday. I have mindful reminders all around my home that keep me in flow and feeling connected.
Today I will teach you what is happening in your subconscious mind and why so much of what you do is automatic. So many mums feel like they stuck on autopilot. Being mindful allows you to practice new conscious habits that over time become unconscious which means you do them without thinking. Being able to respond and not react habitually helps you, even when your kids are pushing your buttons.
Take some time to reflect in your mindfulness journal.
Thanks for watching the videos and I hope you have enjoyed the meditations, and are feeling more peaceful.
I am offering you a copy of my award winning book, Mother Om, if you purchase this course for only $70. Offer in Australia only.
“Written from the heart, Leonie paints a vision of a better way to be in the world; a way that embraces gratitude, acceptance and peace, but best of all, Leonie understand what busy mothers need more that anything else, and that is self-compassion” Endorsed by Sarah Napthali, author of the best selling book Buddhism for Mothers.
