  • Pumpkin is such a versatile vegetable. I sometimes mix it with mashed potato for a colour change and I also add it to my dog’s food. Not only does it make her food go further, it also tricks her into thinking she’s getting more than usual.

    My mum who was born in Malta makes a pumpkin pie called Torta. It has pumpkin, tuna, olives, onion and rice. I know it may seam strange but it tastes so good.
