  • This is so true! How can we look after our kids if we don’t look after ourselves too

  • True you need to look after yourself so you can look after others, goes for workplaces too

  • A bit like sitting on a plane, where you get told to put the oxygen mask on yourself first before tending to others.

  • Care for the carer … I will focus more on this.

  • It is easier to look after yourself when you do have toddlers/children or even a pet. When I am on my own because my partner is away [my children all grown up and live interstate], that’s the hardest time to look after myself. It’s the only time I eat junk food so I find your tip today is most important to me as I might just end up on my own. I will take this tip to heart, Debbie.

  • Very important to look after your self otherwise you may not be able to look after them.

  • Another great tip. Thank you.
I do try and be good role model for my toddler. We eat the same healthy meals, go for walks together and she rides her bike and I push her while I jogglad to know I’m doing the right things
