My weekly menu plan usually consists of the same recipes I cook week in, week out and is in desperate need of some new recipes. This week my focus was on a new beef recipe.

Here are 10 recipes that are tried and tested already by real Mums for you, you can’t go wrong!

1. Slow cooked pulled beef –  so easy and perfect to put in a roll or a wrap.

2. Beef stir fry – tasty and easy dinner for the family.

3. Beef and veggie pies – healthy dinner or lunchbox snack.

4. Beef rissoles – enjoy a burger night with the kids.

5. Beef lasagne – the kids will love this creamy cheese sauce.

6. Bolognese – most kids love bolognese and it’s easy and tasty.

7. Slow cooked corn beef – let it cook all day, then cook up some veggies, dinner is ready.

8. Beef kofta – perfect to put in a wrap with salad.

9. Beef satay – delicious and kid friendly.

10. Beef casserole – tasty and easy, perfect for Winter.

  • MY hubby is always complaining we eat too much meat, he prefers fish, son is not a real meat eater either but my daughter and myself love red meat and our fave would be juicy eye fillet with chips and salad.

  • I’ve never done pulled beef or beef kofta…I use spaghetti and lasagne as my freezer meals since they are so quick and easy to pre-prep. Thanks for the post, I can’t wait to give them a try. Lets keep fingers crossed that Master nearly 6 thinks it is as delicious as I think it looks. Pulled beef sandwiches for lunch – don’t mind if I do!

  • My favourite adults only beef meal is reverse seared Scotch Fillet. Slowly baked in the oven at a very low heat and then finished in the pan for a minute and a half each side. Served with fresh steamed vegetables just perfect.
