Hello!

Welcome to Day 6 of 21 days of Mindfulness for Mums with Leonie Percy award of the award winning book Mother Om.

Yesterday you learnt how your breath is a wonderful tool to keep you feeling calm during the day. You can always re-connect back to yourself in one breath. Today I will teach why you feel so stressed all the time and what is happening in your body when you are constantly stressed. Stress gets stuck in your physical body and if it is not released it manifests into a physical illness.

Watch the video lecture and then watch the teaching video of me showing you how your brain works. I teach this to children so it is easy to understand.

A fun way of seeing how your brain works. Great for kids to watch too.

Tomorrow I will teach you how you can keep your body feeling calm so you feel more relaxed as you juggle the many hats of motherhood.
