Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

Remember our fitness challenge is for ALL levels of fitness, so if you’re advanced, a beginner, in-between or pregnant our daily challenge has something for you!

  • We went to the beach today and I actually felt confident enough to do some exercise ini public! Thank you!


    • Good on you; exercising outside is so wonderful. A great combination of exercise and plenty of fresh air(which is needed!).
