Hello!

Welcome to day 19 of 21 days of mindfuless with Leonie Percy, author of the award winning book Mother Om.

Do you wear mala beads? I love to wear them everyday. They keep me feeling calm and grounded, and my kids love them too. I would breastfeed my daughter and she would play with them while she went to sleep, it was so beautiful. I was 6 months pregnant with her when I made all of these videos.

I have mala beads hanging around my house, they come in all different colours and you can buy them with beautiful crystals to keep you feeling centred.

Here is a mala bead meditation I made for you, which we can do together using the mantra “Ma Om” Ma is mother and Om is peace, like my book Mother Om.

Tomorrow, I will share with you my top 10 tips for mindful living. These are the values I live by and I am so passionate about teaching these. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.

I would love to offer you a copy of my award winning book, Mother Om, if you purchase this course – which gives you life time access to the videos, mindful reminders and meditations.

Did you know that I also mentor mums in business and motherhood? If you would like to book in a free session with me you can here.

  • I didn’t know those mala beads. Touching them surely helps your mind in concentrating!
It must have been so lovely to watch your little one falling asleep while playing with them. :-)

  • oh I wish I could meditate – my mind just knows all the things that I feel like I need to do for myself, my family, my work and my business – it’s always active which is a giant pain in the butt! – maybe the bead meditation might be enough to help shut my mind off because i have to focus on beads?

    • Hey mama thanks for your comment. Yes it’s much easier for the mind to have something to focus on. Would love to connect. I mentor mums in motherhood and business using mindfulness if you feel that is right for you. Love Leonie xx

  • I’ve tried meditation, very unsuccessfully I might add. I just can’t switch my mind off, it’s always running

    • Hey mama thanks for your comment. Meditation doesn’t stop the mind thinking as it’s designed to do that but you can observe the mind and not be attached to your thoughts. Would love to connect if you need more guidance love Leonie xx
