I do believe my husband and I are very lucky to own one of these toothbrushes, they are amazing and I don't think I would ever go back to a manual toothbrush after using one of these beauties. So this is my final review of the Phillips Sonicare Flex+ and I have to say it has beena pleasure trialling this product. I will not go back to a "manual" toothbrush and have already gone and bought replacement heads for when needed. I am also very happy to report I have my toothbrush on charge - the second time since starting this review , the first time being when we received the product. That is incredible - and considering it has been used 4 times a day that is a terrific charging capability. I am in love with my Phillips Sonicare Flex+ and I and my mouth/teeth thankyou MoM for giving us the chance to be a part of this amazing trial .

What else can I say? I love this toothbrush. I love the choice in cleaning modes, I love the fact that it has 2 interchangeable heads (one small, one large), I love the UV Sanitiser, I love how it makes my mouth look and feel. I just love this toothbrush!

I still love using the Philips Sonicare FlexCare+ tooth brush. We went away for a couple of days and took the toothbrushes with us in the carrier. The battery lasted for the 2 nights and the carrier kept our toothbrushes clean and dry. The only thing so far I would improve, and it is merely my personal preference would be to offer toothbrush heads that offer different bristles. I always prefer strong stiff bristles while my wife prefers soft bristles. I did not notice the difference as first. But since using the toothbrush continuously for a few weeks, I find myself wanting harder bristles. However, I will not be going back to my manual toothbrush as I've noticed a cleaner feeling and look to my teeth with continued use.

This is so awesome, the time that I have being using my toothbrush it has removed a lot of the plaque that was at the bottom of my teeth near the gums. Truly its starting to make my teeth whiter without having to use the whitening tooth paste and my teeth cleaner and smoother. I am really liking it heaps!

Same as my husband I really like the battery life and the fact that I can take it camping with my family and not have to worry about charging it up as it can last up to 3 weeks. So I know what I'll be using this Easter while camping at our families farm... Especially great as we'll be needing it after all the Easter Eggs that we'll be eating.

It makes me want to brush my teeth more and it gives my gums that comfort feeling, it makes them feel cleaner than usual, that you can brush and brush and brush and it doesn't hurt them like normal manual brushing does to my teeth and gums. Starting to feel cleaner, the brushing I am starting to get used to as before it felt weird as I only ever used a manual toothbrush. My teeth feel smoother and my gums are softening up a bit, doesn't feel as hard on my gums then when I first used it. Really starting to like it and wish I had one sooner!

First thought it was just going to be like my own toothbrush but without the effort. As it turns out I am happy to report that I am amazed! My teeth, my gums and my tongue feels uber clean. I have only ever used manual toothbrushes and it took a bit to get used too but I kind of like it. I think I brush my teeth more and longer with this toothbrush cause it feels different, it feels cleaner for longer. It kind of tickles a little bit until I start proper brushing. I am already feeling the different between brushing with a manual toothbrush and brushing with this electronic toothbrush. I LOVE IT!

‘I Grabbed My Car Keys And RAN!’ The New Supermarket Bread Everyone’s Talking About
Mum-of-two Rebecca McCracken has spent the last four years reading ingredient lists on pretty much everything she buys at the supermarket.
Like many parents raising kids with food allergies, a quick trip to the supermarket often means checking labels, comparing products and hoping to find something the whole family can eat.
Bec’s four-year-old son and 17-month-old daughter were both born with cow’s milk protein allergy. While her son has since outgrown his allergies, her toddler still reacts to dairy, making even everyday staples like bread a challenge.
“Unless we buy expensive sourdough for seven or eight dollars, we don’t really have a choice.”
Even then, it’s not ideal.
“A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich,” Bec laughs. “And fairy bread on sourdough is not great.”
A New Loaf On The Block
Bec runs an online community for allergy families, so she spends plenty of time sharing recipes, product finds and supermarket discoveries with other parents.
It was one of those parents who first told her about new JUST bread.
“A follower messaged me and said, ‘Oh my gosh, this bread is coming soon.’ I was like, ‘Where? When? I need to know. I’m getting my car keys and running!'”

Bec says she was impressed too.
“I like it. I like that it’s only got minimal ingredients and doesn’t have the additives and preservatives that are in a lot of other brands.”

“I think everyone is becoming more conscious of additives and preservatives in their food.”
It’s a feeling many of us can probably relate to. We don’t all want to overhaul the way we eat, but plenty of us are paying a little more attention to ingredient lists and looking for products that keep things simple.
Bread is one of those foods that’s always around. It ends up in lunchboxes, on the breakfast table, alongside soup on a cold night and covered in hundreds and thousands at birthday parties. When we eat something that often, it’s only natural to wonder what’s in it.

Most breads are dairy free anyway so I am surprised by this article. Additive free is a bonus. I always go for a grain bread nowadays and have the kids eating it too so I’ll be sticking with that. It’s always great to have variety out there though for the ones that need it.
We bought this bread from the supermarket and it is a good price for bread which of course can indeed be expensive. Each slice is a good size and our favourite meal to create and eat with this bread is cheese toasties. The bread holds and is good to eat.

Grabbing your car keys and running for a bread ?? I can’t imagine doing so for a bread lol ! It’s nice to see that more and more allergy friendly products are being produced and put on the market.
I don’t agree with the statement that “A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich”. It depends on what type of bread you introduce to your kids. My kids grew up with 7 seeds, rustic bread and sourdough and they love it. It’s also quite easy and cheap to make sourdough bread yourself.
I haven’t seen this bread in the supermarket but will be looking for it now. I have been trying to avoid preservatives and additives for some time now and as highlighted in the article bread it difficult to find, or super expensive, without them so I don’t have it often.
This is fantastic, finally a bread that is not full of nasty stuff. I will be going straight out to buy this. My son has ARFID and will only eat white bread, but it’s not terribly healthy. With this bread, at least I know that it is much healthier than the alternatives. Woohoo
I cant wait to give this bread a go (so far its always been sold out at my local woolies so it must be good). So good its suitable for those with allergies too. I think nowadays were all looking for cleaner options of ingredients in our foods so this is a step in the right direction.
