I do believe my husband and I are very lucky to own one of these toothbrushes, they are amazing and I don't think I would ever go back to a manual toothbrush after using one of these beauties. If and when I am going to get my children to have electric brush's and I think they clean better and are easier to use. I think they give our teeth that extra special sparkle.

I know what to get my mother-in-law now for her birthday, I have been trialling this product for over a month and both my husband and I love it and we keep bragging about it to my parents who have now bought one and to my other family and friends. My husbands mum can't afford much and I think that this product would get its use out of it if we bought for her birthday and then too she can brag about it.

So this is my final review of the Phillips Sonicare Flex+ and I have to say it has beena pleasure trialling this product. I will not go back to a "manual" toothbrush and have already gone and bought replacement heads for when needed. I am also very happy to report I have my toothbrush on charge - the second time since starting this review , the first time being when we received the product. That is incredible - and considering it has been used 4 times a day that is a terrific charging capability. I am in love with my Phillips Sonicare Flex+ and I and my mouth/teeth thankyou MoM for giving us the chance to be a part of this amazing trial .

What else can I say? I love this toothbrush. I love the choice in cleaning modes, I love the fact that it has 2 interchangeable heads (one small, one large), I love the UV Sanitiser, I love how it makes my mouth look and feel. I just love this toothbrush!

I love this set it leaves my mouth so clean and fresh, i love the way it leaves my gums feeling fresh and tingly. I love that it can be sanitized with the uv cleaner no problems with germs. My wife and I love this it is the best tooth brush set we have ever owned.

I still love using the Philips Sonicare FlexCare+ tooth brush. We went away for a couple of days and took the toothbrushes with us in the carrier. The battery lasted for the 2 nights and the carrier kept our toothbrushes clean and dry. The only thing so far I would improve, and it is merely my personal preference would be to offer toothbrush heads that offer different bristles. I always prefer strong stiff bristles while my wife prefers soft bristles. I did not notice the difference as first. But since using the toothbrush continuously for a few weeks, I find myself wanting harder bristles. However, I will not be going back to my manual toothbrush as I've noticed a cleaner feeling and look to my teeth with continued use.

This post is later than I would have liked because our family has all been sick! No fun, but I must say the UV sanitiser gave me peace of mind knowing my toothbrush was getting rid of all those germs each time I brushed! We call it the tanning bed for our toothbrushes. My daughter loves seeing the light through the door.
The other good news is I am now able to use the sensitive setting comfortably! It was overwhelming the first few times, but through the function that slowly increases the intensity of the brushing I am now able to use the toothbrush on the sensitive setting. I believe with continued use I will be able to increase the intensity working my way up the settings options.
If someone really wants a good clean, but has sensitive teeth, I would advise them to commit themselves to using the toothbrush for 2 weeks to get their mouth used to the vibrations using the setting that gradually increases it. Great concept!

My wife applied for this review and I couldn't be happier that we were chosen to review the Philips FlexCare+! My whole life I've had trouble with my teeth besides religiously flossing and brushing my teeth everyday. The dentist has told me that my teeth are hard to keep clean due to my saliva content. I brush and floss everyday and every time I visit the dentist they ask if I floss and doubt me when I say I do! Being chosen to review the Philips FlexCare+ was just what I needed and I'm blown away with the results. I've been using it for just over a week and can't get enough! I keep going back to brush my teeth to get that dentist clean feeling. I'm now able to see gaps between my teeth, something I wasn't able to accomplish with manual tooth brushing and flossing alone. I am starting to drive my wife crazy, constantly telling her to check out my teeth! They are slowly starting to look whiter as well. I love having it on the highest setting. It is also great being able to sanitize it once I'm done so I know that the next time I go to use it, I'm brushing with a clean toothbrush. I'm looking forward the next 3 weeks to see even more positive changes in my teeth. Amazing power, multiple settings and functions and clean!
I am really impressed with the Philips FlexCare+! It has a mode for every user, is extremely flexible and the UV sanitiser leaves me feeling calm and confident that my toothbrush is clean.
When I first received the FlexCare+ I was very excited and my husband and I had a play with all the functions and settings. I was blown away by the POWER that this toothbrush brings! It truly does a cleaning job far superior that I ever could. I have had other electric toothbrushes and this blows the others away. The others were glorified manual toothbrushes. This machine is beyond what I can do physically and that is what I want in my toothbrush! I truly get that "fresh from the dentist clean" feeling that I love, but I get it every time I brush!
My only not positive experience relates to the same aspect that makes me praise it so highly and that is its power. The power of the vibrations at first is a bit overwhelming and I found it hard to start brushing. I've since changed it to Sensitive setting and that has helped a lot. It still feels a bit strong for my mouth; I didn't realise how sensitive my mouth was because as I mentioned before, the previous "electric" toothbrushes didn't even come close to the power of the FlexCare+. However the more I use it the more I'm getting used to the vibrations. I'm not sure this would be suitable if you had extremely sensitive teeth and gums or other sensory issues relating to your mouth. However, the setting that it comes in gradually increases over the brushing sessions to help you get used to it. I think that is a fabulous feature (which you can turn off if you so desire) which is helping me get used to Philips Sonicare FlexCare+'s power.

‘I Grabbed My Car Keys And RAN!’ The New Supermarket Bread Everyone’s Talking About
Mum-of-two Rebecca McCracken has spent the last four years reading ingredient lists on pretty much everything she buys at the supermarket.
Like many parents raising kids with food allergies, a quick trip to the supermarket often means checking labels, comparing products and hoping to find something the whole family can eat.
Bec’s four-year-old son and 17-month-old daughter were both born with cow’s milk protein allergy. While her son has since outgrown his allergies, her toddler still reacts to dairy, making even everyday staples like bread a challenge.
“Unless we buy expensive sourdough for seven or eight dollars, we don’t really have a choice.”
Even then, it’s not ideal.
“A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich,” Bec laughs. “And fairy bread on sourdough is not great.”
A New Loaf On The Block
Bec runs an online community for allergy families, so she spends plenty of time sharing recipes, product finds and supermarket discoveries with other parents.
It was one of those parents who first told her about new JUST bread.
“A follower messaged me and said, ‘Oh my gosh, this bread is coming soon.’ I was like, ‘Where? When? I need to know. I’m getting my car keys and running!'”
Made with baker’s flour, water, yeast, vinegar, oil and salt, JUST bread contains no artificial preservatives, flavours or colours.

Bec says she was impressed too.

It’s at a good price point for families on a tight budget and is “cleaner” but missing the mark with Canola oil . I wouldn’t be running to a supermarket for it but it’s alot better than other varieties on the market. It’s nice to see supermarkets are at least trying and listening
Most breads are dairy free anyway so I am surprised by this article. Additive free is a bonus. I always go for a grain bread nowadays and have the kids eating it too so I’ll be sticking with that. It’s always great to have variety out there though for the ones that need it.
We bought this bread from the supermarket and it is a good price for bread which of course can indeed be expensive. Each slice is a good size and our favourite meal to create and eat with this bread is cheese toasties. The bread holds and is good to eat.

Grabbing your car keys and running for a bread ?? I can’t imagine doing so for a bread lol ! It’s nice to see that more and more allergy friendly products are being produced and put on the market.
I don’t agree with the statement that “A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich”. It depends on what type of bread you introduce to your kids. My kids grew up with 7 seeds, rustic bread and sourdough and they love it. It’s also quite easy and cheap to make sourdough bread yourself.
I haven’t seen this bread in the supermarket but will be looking for it now. I have been trying to avoid preservatives and additives for some time now and as highlighted in the article bread it difficult to find, or super expensive, without them so I don’t have it often.
This is fantastic, finally a bread that is not full of nasty stuff. I will be going straight out to buy this. My son has ARFID and will only eat white bread, but it’s not terribly healthy. With this bread, at least I know that it is much healthier than the alternatives. Woohoo
I cant wait to give this bread a go (so far its always been sold out at my local woolies so it must be good). So good its suitable for those with allergies too. I think nowadays were all looking for cleaner options of ingredients in our foods so this is a step in the right direction.

Oh I cannot wait to try this bread! We go through that much bread each week and I always feel so guilty with how much my kids have – not anymore! Would love to see them introduce other variants in the future – multigrain and gluten free would be superb!
This is such a great product that I’m looking forward to trying! I’ve only been buying bread from bakeries the last few years because grocery store bread texture was so dense and unpleasant. But the hassle with bakery bread is I can’t get it everywhere! I’ll be really keen to give this a go
