  • i will check out your website right now. i really enjoyed taking these challenges! in the beginning i felt awkward trying to do them and self concious but now i am not worried about it. you have really given me some knowledge now. all i would have done before was star jumps lol but now i have some exercises that i can achieve at home


    • Haha, and star jumps after having a Bub isn’t really recommended! I am so glad I can help! Let me know if you have any other question x
