Each day our fitness guru Amanda from Fit & Fab Mummy Bootcamp is going to share a new exercise for the day and outline the challenge.

This challenge is not just for the super fit, it’s for ALL LEVELS, and the MoM Team are going to take the challenge right along with you!

  • I loved this! Have to admit I missed a couple of days, but I did go back and do the days I missed. I really need this written down so I can go back to it and keep doing it on a daily basis

  • Funny as I only just bought a hula hoop today..tried it and had a flop..I used to be good at it as a child, will have to practice and perfect the knack. Will give your challenge a go as well. :-)
