Mmmmm, some good recipes there! I love to make my own raw, dairy free chocolate. I usually add peppermint essence to it, or make it into a bit of a vegan “healthy” rocky road (I’m not a vegan BTW). I also do a gorgeous grain and dairy free chocolate brownie always requested for parties, get togethers, etc. Lurve my chocolate. The secret is to either make it yourself or buy good quality – not supermarket grade chocolate as that’s not really chocolate!

Picture is of my “blood and bone” crunch from last halloween – gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and sooooo yummy!
